Which Browser?
The two browsers which dominate the market are Netscape and Internet Explorer (IE). Over recent years, Netscape has been losing market to IE. Mozilla and Opera, although not players on the same scale, are reasonably common.
Other Browsers
There are a host of other browsers including Amaya, Emacs/W3, HotJava, iCab, and Lynx.
Only browsing from a computer ?
Web browsing is not confined to using a computer. Mobile phones, PDAs (Personal Digital Assistant) and digital TV are becoming increasingly common and the browser vendors have already turned their attention to these devices.
